Plain-English terms for the private beta. A jurisdiction-complete version ships before wide launch.

Offers expire in 24 hours

When you complete a quote and see an offer, that price is guaranteed for 24 hours. After that, you can re-quote in one tap at current market rates.

Condition verification

When your RAM arrives, we verify it matches what you told us. If it doesn't, we show you side-by-side evidence and you choose between accepting the revised offer or having us ship it back free.

Payment timing

Same-day payout via PayPal after verification. Payouts go to the email you provided during checkout.

Shipping

We provide a prepaid shipping label. Drop at any carrier. If a package goes missing in transit, we still pay you the original offer once the carrier declares it lost.

Liability

We're liable for what we receive. If your RAM arrives damaged in transit, we handle the carrier claim; you still get paid. If we damage it during verification, we pay you the full original offer regardless.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Quebec unless applicable consumer protection law directs otherwise.
